Currency + tax

All prices display in your local currency automatically. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.

Getting an invoice

Every order has a downloadable PDF invoice. Go to Orders → click Invoice.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we automatically retry three times over 24 hours before canceling the order. You'll see the retry status in the order details.
