Eligible reasons

• Product does not work as described on the sales page
• Files are corrupted or the license key doesn't activate
• Product is not compatible with the platform we listed
• You accidentally purchased twice

Not eligible

• Change of mind after downloading + extensive use (>25% of content consumed)
• Games or software that have already been activated on Steam / another key locker
• Custom / commissioned products marked non-refundable at checkout

How to request a refund

Go to your Orders page → click Request refund on the order. Most refunds are approved within 24 hours and land back in your original payment method in 3–5 business days.

Fraud & abuse

Repeated refunds combined with continued use of the product may result in account suspension.
