Nexora is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account info (email, name, avatar) — to identify you and deliver purchases
- Payment info — processed by Stripe, we never store card numbers
- Purchase and download history — to power your Library and support
- Device + location info (approximate) — for fraud prevention and localization
How we use it
To fulfill orders, deliver downloads, prevent abuse, send transactional emails (order confirmations, updates), and improve the marketplace.
Who we share with
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Resend/SendGrid — to deliver transactional email
- Cloudflare — for infrastructure, edge caching, and DDoS protection
- Never sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time from your Security settings, or by emailing privacy@nexora.example.
