1. Your account

You need an account to buy or sell on Nexora. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Purchases

All prices are in USD unless indicated. When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it according to the creator's license terms shown on the product page.

3. Delivery

We fulfill orders automatically within seconds after payment clears. Downloads and license keys appear in your Library at /dashboard. If delivery is delayed, contact support and we'll make it right.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for details.

5. Prohibited use

• Redistributing or reselling products without a valid license
• Reverse-engineering to strip DRM or license validation
• Using purchased content to train models without creator permission
• Automated scraping that abuses our infrastructure

6. Creator accounts

Creators keep all IP in their submissions. By listing a product you grant Nexora a license to host, display, and distribute the product for the purpose of fulfilling sales.

7. Liability

Nexora is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
