Downloading your purchases

Every product you buy on Nexora lives in your Libraryforever. Here's how to download, re-download, and troubleshoot.

Right after purchase

The moment payment clears (usually 2–5 seconds), we generate signed download links and either email them to you or drop them into your Library. You'll also see a Downloads panel start populating in real time.

Where files live

• Go to /dashboard → click My Library
• Click Download on any product tile
• Or open a product from the Downloads tab to see resumeable downloads

Re-downloading later

Unlimited re-downloads on almost every product. If a product has a limiteddownload policy, you'll see remaining count next to the button.

Download links expiring?

Some products use signed URLs with a short lifetime (usually 24 hours). If your link expired, just go back to the product page in your Library and click Download again — a fresh link is minted instantly.

Trouble with a corrupted or incomplete file?

Refresh the Library and re-download. If the checksum still fails, contact support— we'll re-cut the file from source within an hour.
