How to request a refund

• Go to Orders
• Click Request refund on the order
• Pick a reason (optional but helps us improve)
• Approvals happen within 24 hours

What's eligible

Anything that doesn't work as described, is corrupted, incompatible, or that you simply changed your mind about (within 30 days).

What's not eligible

Steam keys that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded — that's a Steam limitation, not ours. For all other digital products, our 30-day policy applies.
